As the founder and Managing Partner of Pearl Advisory Partners, Jennifer Crews helps entrepreneurs and business owners grow their revenue through market strategy and business development.
Jennifer brings to her practice almost twenty years of leadership and management experience. She has an established track record of growing revenue profitably through her ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities. While serving as Vice President, Small Business Solutions at Dun & Bradstreet, Jennifer led her team to grow revenue 24.6% in one year by successfully implementing new sales channels and using a product bundling strategy to increase customer spend by 10.9%. At Lucent Technologies (now Alcatel), Jennifer built relationships with C-level (CEO, CFO, COO) customers to drive revenue for the Optical Networking Product Group in a highly competitive market environment; in that role she honed her ability to strategically position products against those of competitors.
Jennifer received an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a BA in Psychology from Lafayette College. In 2009, she became a Certified Advisor through the Organization for Entrepreneurial Development, a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting independent business owners. Jennifer serves on the Board of Trustees of Second Life Bikes, a non-profit organization in Asbury Park, New Jersey, that promotes bicycle ownership for all people regardless of socioeconomic status. She is also involved in the Boys and Girls Club of Monmouth County as a mentor in the College Bound Program.
Outside of her business and societal responsibilities, Jennifer spends time with her husband, her son, and two dogs. She enjoys playing the drums and is in the process of learning to play the ukulele.
